This project comprises 2 phases. The first phase is a timber frame chalet bungalow/barn style dwelling that has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (with 2 being en suites). The 2nd phase will be a beautiful 5-bedroom home with high specifications which is due to commence early next year. Unfortunately, we don’t have any CGI for phase 1. There was previously an unused barn that had to be completely taken down including the foundations to accommodate the new house.

As with our previous project, there is a bungalow that sits where phase 2 will be. The client occupies the current house while they wait for the barn to be completed. Once complete, phase 2 will begin, we are looking at starting early next year. The barn had been unused for several years and had seen better days. Due to the structure being so close to the trees and being unsure of the condition of the foundations, the structural engineer could not confirm whether we could build on the foundations.
