Smarden, Kent
Whites Construction had the opportunity to work on this 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom family home between Ashford and Maidstone. Whites did the site and Project Management for this build, overcoming planning application issues to deliver the client a beautifully finished build in the countryside. Works are still on going on this project with a triple garage and swimming pool yet to be built.
Honeysuckle
This project compromised of 2 phases of which phase 1 consisted of the demolition of an unused barn which a new 4-bedroom property was put in its place. Phase 2 will consist of a 5-bedroom luxury property complete with architectural landscaping and swimming pool.
Tunbridge Wells, Kent
We have successfully transformed a striking renovation in the centre of Tunbridge Wells. This project began as an unused commercial space that had remained vacant for several years. It was converted into five flats, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, each featuring its own roof terrace. The blend of traditional and modern specifications within the flats imparts a timeless atmosphere, creating a vibrant and stylish retreat.
