The Whites Construction Management team really defined their site management skills on this project. A multi-phased development that was always busy, especially where there were 100 units in build at one time. Finberry was comprised of 1,180 homes delivered in 14 phases, which included a primary school and shops. Phase 3 featured a collection of 114 apartments and family homes of 2 to 5 bedrooms while phase 2 was 245 units also ranging from apartments to family homes.
